The Problem

From pilot to school-wide integration
BrainCode school partnerships start with a single cohort and expand based on measurable outcomes — not promises.
Step 1
Partnership discussion
A conversation with your principal or academic coordinator to understand your school context, cohort size, and objectives.
We discuss grade level, cohort size, teacher availability, and integration timeline. No commitment required.
Step 2
Discovery Sessions for the cohort
BrainCode mentors conduct 45-minute observational Discovery Sessions with each student. VARK profiles are compiled within 48 hours.
Sessions run concurrently across the cohort. Each student receives a personalised Learning Profile Report.
Step 3
Teacher framework orientation
A half-day orientation for teachers on the VARK + Kolb + Zimmerman architecture — how to read the profiles and apply them in daily instruction.
Practical, not theoretical. Teachers leave knowing how to structure lessons through the Kolb cycle and differentiate by modality.
Step 4
18-month cohort programme
BrainCode mentors run supplementary 1:1 sessions alongside classroom instruction. Monthly milestone reports are shared with school leadership.

No. BrainCode is supplementary — it adds the self-regulation and modality-flexibility layer that classroom instruction cannot provide at scale.
Does this follow the CBSE curriculum?
Yes. BrainCode uses existing subject content as the medium. The framework changes how concepts are delivered, not what is delivered.
Do our teachers need to retrain completely?
No. The orientation is a half-day. Teachers learn to read VARK profiles and apply the Kolb cycle to lessons they already teach.
What grade levels does this work for?
Currently piloting with Grade 5 CBSE. The framework is applicable from Grade 4 onwards. We are expanding grade coverage with each cohort.
How is school-level progress reported?
Monthly cohort reports show SRL milestone distributions, modality development trends, and comparative progress data for school leadership.
What is the cost structure for schools?
Pricing is per student per month, similar to the individual programme. Partnership pricing is available for cohorts of 20 or more. Email us to discuss.
