A Learning Profile for Every Student
Each student receives an observational VARK profile — not a questionnaire. Teachers see which modalities each child uses to enter, process, and retain information.
BrainCode's school partnership brings observational learning profiles, Kolb-based session structure, and measurable self-regulation milestones into your classrooms — without replacing a single page of your curriculum.

The constraints are structural. They are not a failure of effort.
The average classroom teaches in 1–2 modalities by necessity. The 60% of students whose brains enter through other formats are permanently at a disadvantage — not because of ability, but because of delivery.
Exam scores tell you what happened, not why. No school can currently tell you which modality each child used to understand the content — or whether they understood it at all, or just memorised it.
If you asked every student in your school how they learn best, none could give a scientifically accurate answer. Not because they're wrong — because no one has ever observed them through a structured framework.
BrainCode is the layer that solves all three.
An observational VARK profile for every student. Kolb-based instruction that fits within your timetable. 18 observable SRL milestones replacing "doing well in class" as the measure of progress.
Your school teaches content. BrainCode teaches students how to learn that content — and any other content they encounter for the rest of their lives.
Each student receives an observational VARK profile — not a questionnaire. Teachers see which modalities each child uses to enter, process, and retain information.
Every concept delivered through the four-stage Kolb Experiential Learning Cycle: Do → Watch → Think → Apply. Content stays the same. How it is taught changes.
Progress tracked through observable self-regulation behaviours — not just exam results. From first unprompted reflection (M1) to independent learning (M18).
Cohort-wide VARK distributions, milestone progress rates, and modality development trends. Data that helps leadership understand how the school learns — not just how it scores.
BrainCode provides teacher orientation in the VARK + Kolb + Zimmerman architecture — practical, classroom-applicable skills that transfer to every lesson they teach.
BrainCode works within your existing CBSE or ICSE structure. No new syllabus. No timetable disruption. The framework layers onto what your school already does well.
Every teacher receives a profile of their students' learning modalities and a practical guide to the Kolb delivery sequence — skills that transfer to every lesson they teach, in every subject.

Lesson delivery guide · Fractions
Give students fraction blocks to divide physically — before any definition is introduced.
Ask: "What did you notice? What made it hard?" — let students articulate the pattern.
Introduce the term "fraction" and the rule — now that the brain has experienced it.
Apply fractions to a new context: splitting time, distances, money — not the same problem.
VARK profile for every student in your class
Know before the lesson which students need visual entry, which need hands-on experience, and which process best through reading — and plan accordingly.
Kolb cycle lesson planning guide
A practical four-stage template for any lesson in any subject. Concrete experience first, theory second — the sequence the brain actually requires.
Monthly student milestone reports
For each student in your cohort, a monthly report of observable SRL behaviour — what the mentor recorded, what changed, and what to reinforce in class.
Half-day framework orientation
A practical session — not a lecture — that teaches you to read VARK profiles and apply the Kolb sequence to lessons you already teach. Skills that stay with you permanently.
Monthly cohort reports give leadership a view of learning quality that exam results cannot provide.

Cohort VARK distribution
Understand how your school learns — which modalities dominate, which are under-developed, and what that means for whole-class instruction.
Monthly milestone progress reports
Track SRL milestone completion rates across the cohort — which students are ahead, which need intervention, and what observable evidence supports each claim.
End-of-cohort independence report
At month 18, a full cohort report documenting how many students reached M9 (P1) and M18 (P2) — the first school in India with a measured self-directed learning outcome.
Not a comparison of test scores. A comparison of what you know about your students — and what that knowledge allows you to do.
Without BrainCode
How most schools measure learning
Teachers plan lessons for the "average" student — the top and bottom 30% are underserved
Progress measured only by examination performance — no behavioural data on learning quality
Students who struggle are labelled "slow" — not profiled for the modality that would reach them
No school-level data on why students struggle, only that they do
Students graduate dependent on teachers for every new topic they encounter
Parent communication is grade-based — no explanation of what is happening cognitively
With BrainCode
Profiled · Structured · Evidence-based
Teachers know the dominant modality of every student before the lesson starts
Progress tracked through 18 observable SRL milestones — not scores alone
Students who struggle are profiled and given the entry point their brain actually uses
Monthly cohort data shows leadership exactly where each student is in their development
Students graduate as self-directed learners — independent before they leave your school
Parents receive monthly milestone reports with specific observable evidence
The outcome
Students graduate as self-directed learners — independent before they leave your school.
BrainCode school partnerships start with a single cohort and expand based on measurable outcomes — not promises.
A conversation with your principal or academic coordinator to understand your school context, cohort size, and objectives.
We discuss grade level, cohort size, teacher availability, and integration timeline. No commitment required.
BrainCode mentors conduct 45-minute observational Discovery Sessions with each student. VARK profiles are compiled within 48 hours.
Sessions run concurrently across the cohort. Each student receives a personalised Learning Profile Report.
A half-day orientation for teachers on the VARK + Kolb + Zimmerman architecture — how to read the profiles and apply them in daily instruction.
Practical, not theoretical. Teachers leave knowing how to structure lessons through the Kolb cycle and differentiate by modality.
BrainCode mentors run supplementary 1:1 sessions alongside classroom instruction. Monthly milestone reports are shared with school leadership.
Milestones tracked from M1 (first self-reflection) through M9 (P1: independent Kolb cycle) to M18 (full self-directed learning).
No new curriculum. No replacing teachers. No disrupting timetables.
Does BrainCode replace our existing teaching?
No. BrainCode is supplementary — it adds the self-regulation and modality-flexibility layer that classroom instruction cannot provide at scale.
Does this follow the CBSE curriculum?
Yes. BrainCode uses existing subject content as the medium. The framework changes how concepts are delivered, not what is delivered.
Do our teachers need to retrain completely?
No. The orientation is a half-day. Teachers learn to read VARK profiles and apply the Kolb cycle to lessons they already teach.
What grade levels does this work for?
Currently piloting with Grade 5 CBSE. The framework is applicable from Grade 4 onwards. We are expanding grade coverage with each cohort.
How is school-level progress reported?
Monthly cohort reports show SRL milestone distributions, modality development trends, and comparative progress data for school leadership.
What is the cost structure for schools?
Pricing is per student per month, similar to the individual programme. Partnership pricing is available for cohorts of 20 or more. Email us to discuss.
BrainCode's inaugural pilot is a 25-student Grade 5 CBSE cohort in Kerala. We are building the evidence base before expanding to additional schools. School partnerships for the next cohort are open for discussion now.
