What You Receive

Everything you need to understand your child's learning

Not just updates — a complete picture. From the first profile report to the final independence milestone.

Full Learning Profile Report

A complete VARK profile — Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, Kinesthetic scores — delivered within 24 hours of the Discovery Session. Not a generic summary. A precise map of how your child learns.

Understand Your Child's Strengths

See exactly which learning modalities are strongest and which need development. Know the entry point your child's brain prefers — and why it matters for every subject they study.

Monthly Milestone Reports

Progress is measured through observable behaviours — things the mentor can directly see and record. Monthly reports include specific SRL evidence from M1 through M18.

Home Guidance Included

Your Learning Profile Report includes practical suggestions for how you can support your child at home — aligned to their modality profile, not generic advice that ignores how they actually learn.

Track the 18-Month Transformation

Watch your child move from a single dominant modality to complete multimodal flexibility. Six milestone checkpoints from first self-reflection to full independence.

Understand the Why

Know why your child learns the way they do — not just what they scored. The framework explains the science behind every pattern the mentor observes, so you can understand your child more deeply.

The Discovery Session

What your child experiences in 45 minutes

Not a test. Not a questionnaire. Five structured observations — each revealing a different dimension of how your child's brain works.

8 min

Video Observation

What does your child notice first? Attention patterns, spatial reasoning, visual cues.

8 min

Audio Story

Retention from listening alone — without any visual support or text.

10 min

Hands-On Task

Kinesthetic comfort, spatial aptitude, and ease with physical problem-solving.

10 min

Open Conversation

Self-awareness, verbal reasoning, and how your child explains their own thinking.

9 min

Reading Response

Comprehension depth from text alone — meaning extracted without verbal explanation.

Within 24 hours of this session you receive the full Learning Profile Report — your child's VARK scores, dominant modality, 18-month pathway, and home guidance.

VARK Profile

Visual

Dominant entry point — concepts land first through diagrams, patterns, spatial reasoning

Kinesthetic

Strong secondary — learns through doing, hands-on tasks, and movement-based activities

Read / Write

Developing — text-based learning is accessible but not preferred; needs structured scaffolding

Auditory

Lowest current modality — will be systematically developed from month 6 onward

Learning Blueprint

Introduce all new concepts visually first — diagrams, sketches, colour-coded maps. Confirm understanding before introducing any text or verbal explanation.

18-Month Pathway

Months 1–6: All learning through Visual + Kinesthetic. Months 7–12: Read/Write developed alongside. Months 13–18: Full multimodal flexibility and self-direction.

Home Guidance

When helping with homework, draw the concept first. Avoid reading definitions aloud — let Arjun sketch or map the idea before explaining. This aligns with the dominant entry point.

18-Month Journey

What you will see change — month by month

Every milestone is an observable behaviour change reported by the mentor. Not a score. Something you can see for yourself at home.

Month 1SRL begins

First reflection without prompting

Mentor observes

Child pauses after a task and independently comments on their own approach.

You see at home

Starts explaining to you why they did something a certain way.

Month 3Forethought

Identifies own confusion

Mentor observes

Child raises a specific question before the mentor can identify the gap.

You see at home

Says 'I don't understand this part' instead of 'I don't get it.'

Month 6Full Forethought

Chooses own learning format

Mentor observes

Child requests their preferred modality for a new concept unprompted.

You see at home

Asks for diagrams or hands-on materials before starting homework.

Month 7Performance

Explains concepts to a peer

Mentor observes

Completes a full teach-back in a session without any mentor prompts.

You see at home

Helps a sibling or classmate and explains it clearly in their own words.

Month 9P1 Graduation

Completes full Kolb cycle independently

Mentor observes

Do → Watch → Think → Apply — without mentor guidance at any stage.

You see at home

Attempts a new topic unprompted and explains what they tried and why.

Month 18P2 Complete

Self-directed learner

Mentor observes

Plans sessions, identifies gaps, designs own practice — mentor is a thinking partner.

You see at home

Approaches any exam, subject, or challenge without needing prompting or support.

What actually changes over 18 months

Observable behaviour shifts — things you will notice at home and the mentor records in sessions.

Before BrainCode

How most children learn today

Waits for the teacher to decode a new topic — doesn't attempt anything independently

Avoids subjects with an unfamiliar format (reads well but struggles when diagrams are needed)

Cramps the night before tests without understanding why certain concepts never stick

You receive marks and grades — not an explanation of what is actually happening cognitively

Needs external motivation: rewards, reminders, or pressure to sit down and study

Progress is invisible — you cannot see what is changing or why

At Month 18

P2 · Self-directed learner

Identifies the exact part of a concept they do not understand — and asks a specific question

Approaches unfamiliar formats by translating them through their strongest modality first

Plans their own study session before an exam, including which topics need attention

You receive monthly reports with observable, specific behaviour evidence from the mentor

Intrinsically motivated — studies because they understand how they learn, not for rewards

Fully self-directed — designs, executes, and reflects on their own learning without a mentor

The ultimate goal

Your child no longer needs BrainCode. That is what success looks like.

The questions every parent asks — answered

What exactly happens in the Discovery Session?

The mentor runs five structured observations — a video clip, audio story, hands-on task, open conversation, and reading response. Your child experiences it as a natural interaction, not a test. The mentor records behavioural signals in each segment.

What is in the Learning Profile Report?

Full VARK scores across all four modalities, the identified dominant entry point, an 18-month learning pathway, and specific home guidance. It is personalised — not generated from a questionnaire.

When will I receive the Learning Profile?

Within 24 hours of the Discovery Session. The mentor writes the report the same day based on direct observation notes taken during the session.

How will I know if my child is actually improving?

Monthly milestone reports include observable behavioural evidence — specific things the mentor saw during sessions. Progress is reported as a behaviour change, not a score.

What does the 18-month pathway look like?

Learning begins through the dominant modality. Each subsequent phase adds a new modality until the child can learn through any format. The P1 milestone at month 9 marks when the child can complete the full Kolb learning cycle independently.

Do I need to do anything differently at home?

Yes — the Learning Profile Report includes specific home guidance aligned to your child's modality profile. Small adjustments at home reinforce what the mentor is building in sessions.

What parents are saying

The Learning Profile Report was unlike anything I had received before. It didn't just tell me my son was a 'visual learner' — it told me exactly what that means, what it doesn't mean, and how to support him at home. That level of clarity is rare.

What I appreciate most is the milestone reporting. I can see specific behaviours the mentor observed — not just a score or a rating. I finally understand what progress actually looks like for my daughter.
